My order cannot be processed. What is going on there?

Shipment

 

When will my order get to me?

Incoming orders are processed by Klak on weekdays within a few hours and made ready for dispatch. The delivery time of Klak standard shipping is 2-5 days from the sending of the order confirmation within Europe and approx. 6-8 days outside of Europe. The corresponding delivery time will be shown to you during the ordering process. In the event of force majeure, the delivery time may be extended. In the case of orders against advance payment, the products will only be delivered after receipt of payment by Klak

Can I track my order?

We will inform you after your order by e-mail about everything necessary. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and the invoice to the email address you specified during the ordering process. As soon as the goods have been picked by us and sent out by the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipment status, also by e-mail.

Are your protective covers intrinsically safe?

A danger emanating from Klak has not yet been identified. However, we clarify that Klak is not a toy .

When will the new protective case be available for my device?

Our Klak is currently only designed for smartphone models from the independent Apple brand, which is not affiliated with us. In the course of 2022/2023, other smartphone models from other well-known manufacturers will also be added. Guarantee / Warranty

I have provided the requested information on my warranty claim. When will I receive a replacement product?

After receiving your information, we will review your claim. This process can take a few days. We will then inform you in writing.

 

How long is the warranty for my product? And when does this occur?

The statutory warranty is 24 months. A so-called warranty case occurs if you, as a customer of Klak Solutions GmbH, receive defective (e.g. manufacturing errors, transport damage), wrong goods or too few goods.
